Penny has been relocating happy families in the Greater Denver Area since 1988. She is both a Colorado Native and a Former Special Education Teacher that has taught in many of the local school districts. She graduated with degrees in both Special Education and Psychology. Her love of education has continued throughout her Real Estate career, which benefits her clients. She currently holds the following Designations and Titles: BA; CRS; CRP; ABR; SRES; ASR; GRI; CDPE; SFR; CHMS; and Both the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement awards.

Penny specializes in working with both the relocation Buyer and Seller. Relocating to a new area is one of the greatest causes of stress and anxiety. Many of her clients still reside in the homes that they purchased with Penny 20 to 30 years ago! Being both a Mother and former Teacher, she puts a great deal of emphasis on the children.
