We love this woman!! Penny helped us find our Highlands Ranch home when we relocated from Nashville, TN. She asked for a list of needs and a list of wants then combined them with her extensive knowledge of the area to put us in the perfect spot for our little family. She was thorough, quick, and fought for our best interests on every front. Penny is literally our realtor for life! I moved to Denver, CO with my family back in 1997 and Penny helped my parents find their beautiful home in Highlands Ranch. Fourteen years later when it was time for me to purchase my own home, my husband and I sought out Penny’s help. We lived in our first home in Parker for six years before having Penny find us our dream home in 2018. She was very knowledgeable about the home building process and was a great support for us as we chose to live in the premiere Backcountry community in Highlands Ranch. When I was in high school my family relocated to Colorado. Penny was our realtor and worked with my parents in buying a home to fit our family’s needs. A few years later she found them their dream home where they lived until they were relocated. Penny helped them with the sale of their home and she recommended the perfect Realtor for my dad. When it was time to buy my own home, I didn't even hesitate or question who I would call. I was a first time home buyer and Penny made my experience very simple and enjoyable. We started working with Penny when our oldest was just 9 months old. We were relocating from Wisconsin to Colorado, and we needed to find a home. Our oldest is now 25. Penny helped us with that move and another two Colorado moves after that - both on the buying and selling end of things. When my parents decided to retire in Colorado, Penny helped me find the perfect home for them in the perfect location - just 6 houses down from our house! I have worked with quite a few real estate agents and she by far was the most amazing. I moved to Colorado in October for work and needed to buy a house quickly while my other home in California was under contract. She met my needs entirely. Gave me a full week of 8 hour house tours, stocked her car full of snacks for my 4 year old and explained everything about Colorado real estate to my family. In my desperation to find something quickly she helped guide me away from huge potential mistakes and made sure I landed a home I would be happy with.
