I was relocated from Iowa in 1998 with my two young sons and knew nothing about the Denver area. My main concern was finding a home in a good neighborhood with excellent schools. Penny really listened to what was

important to me and found the perfect home for my family. We have remained very close friends over the years and I have referred her to many of my co-workers and friends. The slogan on her business card fits her perfectly, "You'll be a client only once, and a friend forever”. I am so grateful that I found her relocation ad in the Denver Homes Illustrated magazine back in 1988!
